This class is open to all skill levels\, so even if you have some experience in this world you can learn more about curing applications and the art of charcuterie! \n\nThis is a fantastic way to support your local farmers and producers while learning a new skill. If you’re looking for exciting experience gift ideas or are curious about butchery basics\, this is both a fun and informative workshop! \n\nSnacks will be served (included in the ticket price). Each cookie design will be explained thoroughly so that you can recreate a specific design and then you will get a chance to do each shape either the same way or to let your creativity shine and make your own version.
