Basics of Soup Making Cooking Class with Chef Courtney Bourasaw; Saturday, October 19th from 3-5PM; Cost $75
Join us Saturday, October 19th at The Skagit Table and learn the basics of soup making with Chef Courtney!
This is a hands on class where you will work alongside Chef Courtney to make soup while learning the essentials that will help you in preparing future soups.
You will learn basic cooking, chopping, prepping skills as well as how to enhance flavors when making soups and stews. We will also dive into sourcing locally and how to use ingredients from local farms in our area!
Class starts at 3pm and goes until 5pm. Participants will have the option to eat dinner after making it or take it to go!
We will provide you with an apron, but we recommend wearing casual clothes that you don’t mind getting a little bit messy in. We ask that you wear flat, comfortable shoes. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or sandals. Hair must be fully up and pulled back.
