Join us for a fun, hands-on cake decorating class focused on creating a classic birthday-style cake that’s both beautiful and delicious. Vanilla and chocolate cake layers will be baked ahead of time so we can dive straight into decorating, technique, and creativity.

In this class, we’ll make both Swiss meringue buttercream and American buttercream together, learning the differences in texture, sweetness, and application—and when to use each. You’ll practice filling, stacking, crumb-coating, and finishing a cake, then decorate it with smooth sides, borders, piping, and simple celebratory details perfect for birthdays and special occasions.
We’ll walk through foundational cake decorating techniques you can confidently recreate at home, including troubleshooting buttercream, achieving clean finishes, and adapting designs based on skill level, time, and equipment.

Your hair must be fully pulled back and wear close-toed shoes to participate! We have customer parking in the back and aprons available.
