Description
Join us for a lively, weeknight cooking class designed just for high school students, where we’ll learn how to make fresh summer rolls from start to finish, a perfect after school snack! This interactive class is all about building confidence in the kitchen while having fun and working together.
We’ll walk through prepping and seasoning fillings, cooking shrimp and chicken, and assembling spring rolls with crisp veggies and rice paper wrappers. You will get to choose from shrimp or chicken fillings, making it easy to customize based on taste or dietary needs. Along the way, we’ll focus on knife skills, safe cooking habits, and techniques that make cooking at home feel approachable and rewarding. We will also be making dipping sauces(contains peanuts)
By the end of class, everyone will have rolled (and eaten!) plenty of spring rolls—and gained skills they can use again and again.
