Every menu begins with what’s growing around us. We source directly from local growers, fishermen, and food producers—allowing us to showcase the ingredients that define the Pacific Northwest. Your guests enjoy food that’s fresh, vibrant, and prepared by hand, with flavors that honor our valley’s farms and seasons. We do intentional well.

The Skagit Table catered our wedding and knocked it out of the park! We had multiple challenges (an almost 300-person guest list, a non-traditional Cajun menu, and record-breaking heat at an outdoor wedding) but Courtney and her team delivered an unparalleled wedding dinner experience. The food did not taste like it had been cooked for a crowd – it tasted fresh, authentic, and made-to-order. Everything is made from scratch and you can tell the difference! She also coordinated servers and bartenders which helped check multiple boxes off our long wedding to-do list. I would hire her again and again. She is simply the best.
